Live Music Telebridge “Paint & Play”
In Support of Children & Youth in Orphanages in Ukraine
December 2, 2025
Live Music Telebridge “Paint & Play”
Live Music Telebridge “Paint & Play” brings hope, connection, and creative inspiration to children and youth living in orphanages in Ukraine. Through live musical performances and cultural exchange, GCI’s Young Virtuosos and educators from around the world create meaningful moments of beauty, encouragement, and emotional expression.
During a session, children are invited not only to listen, but to respond creatively. Inspired by the music they hear, they draw, paint, and express their inner worlds through visual art. These artworks become a powerful reflection of each child’s imagination, emotions, and personal voice.
The children’s drawings are later transformed into an interactive exhibition, allowing their stories, dreams, and creative responses to travel beyond borders and reach wider audiences. In this way, Live Music Telebridge becomes more than a concert — it becomes a bridge between music, art, healing, and human connection.
This initiative is part of GCI’s mission to reinvigorate and democratize music education, reaching even the most remote and vulnerable communities. By combining live music, imagination, and visual expression, Live Music Telebridge reminds every child that they are seen, heard, valued, and capable of creating beauty even in the face of life challenges.

Live Music Telebridge “Paint & Play”
In Support of Children & Youth with Disabilities in Lithuania
July 30, 2025
Live Music Telebridge “Paint & Play”
Live Music Telebridge “Paint & Play” is a creative and inclusive music-and-art initiative designed for children in Lithuania living with physical and mental disabilities. The program uses live music as a source of inspiration, emotional connection, and self-expression, creating a welcoming environment where each child can participate in a way that feels natural and meaningful to them.
Through live performances by GCI’s Young Virtuosos and international educators, children are introduced to music as a language beyond words. As they listen, they are encouraged to translate what they feel, imagine, and experience into drawings and visual art. Their creative responses may reflect colors, emotions, memories, dreams, or simply the movement and energy they sense in the music.
After the sessions, the children’s artworks are collected and developed into an interactive exhibition. This exhibition becomes a living dialogue between sound and image, allowing audiences to experience the music through the eyes and imagination of the children. It also gives each participant an opportunity to be represented, celebrated, and recognized as a young creator.
By bringing together live performance, accessible creative participation, and interactive storytelling, Live Music Telebridge supports GCI’s broader mission to make music education and artistic expression more open, inclusive, and empowering. The project helps children feel connected, inspired, and valued — while sharing their unique voices with the world through art.
Live Music Telebridge “Paint & Play”
In Support of Children & Youth with Cancer in Russia
June 1, 2025
Live Music Telebridge “Paint & Play”
Live Music Telebridge “Paint & Play” is a compassionate music-and-art program adapted for children in Russia who are living with cancer and other severe or life-limiting illnesses. The program brings live music, creative expression, and human connection into hospitals, care centers, and other environments where children often face long periods of treatment, isolation, uncertainty, and emotional stress.
Through live performances by GCI’s Young Virtuosos and international educators, children are invited into a gentle and inspiring creative experience. The music becomes a source of comfort, imagination, and emotional release — offering children a moment beyond medical routines, hospital walls, and the weight of illness.
During each session, children listen to live music and are encouraged to respond through drawing, painting, or other forms of visual expression. They may create images inspired by the sounds they hear, the emotions they feel, the dreams they hold, or the inner worlds they may not always be able to describe in words. There is no right or wrong way to participate; each child’s response is honored as meaningful and complete.
The artworks created by the children are later transformed into an interactive exhibition, allowing their imagination, courage, and creative voices to be shared with wider audiences. Through this exhibition, the children are not defined by their illness, but seen as artists, storytellers, and creators whose inner worlds deserve to be witnessed and celebrated.
The program is designed to support emotional well-being, reduce feelings of isolation, and create moments of beauty, joy, and connection during an extremely difficult time. While Live Music Telebridge is not a medical treatment, it offers a powerful form of artistic and emotional support — helping children feel seen, heard, valued, and connected to life, creativity, and the world beyond their diagnosis.
By combining live music, visual art, and interactive storytelling, Live Music Telebridge reflects GCI’s mission to make music education and creative expression accessible to children facing the greatest challenges. It creates a space where music can bring comfort, art can give voice to emotion, and every child can experience the dignity, wonder, and healing power of imagination.
